"Power" Yoga

Power Yoga practice includes a series of Yoga Poses combined without stopping and accompanied by Vinyasa or riding the breath in order to flow from one pose to another.
It is primarily a shortened and modified version of the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, but also adapted certain practices of Bikram and Iyengar Yoga.

Hatha Yoga
( not on timetable at present)
This type of yoga follows the eight-fold path as set out by the ancient text Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.
Aims to still the mind and abide in the inner self through to traditional postures, breathing, concentration and meditation practices.
This includes a focus on positive attitude and living.
