We have designed a range of classes to suit your individual needs.
 
Les Mills Classes
Intermediate to advanced classes for exercisers seeking the world's best.
 
LIFB
A class consisting of low impact aerobics and a conditioning section using light hand weights.

Great Classes From Les Mills for the intermediate to advanced exercisers. The Les Mills classes are widely recognised as the world's best.
Resistance to Rhythm. BODYPUMP is a weights class to music that combines the muscle toning benefits of resistance training with the cardiovascular stamina and fat burning of an aerobic class. Simple to follow yet highly motivational. Learn more
In less than 60 minutes you will experience flexibility, balance, core strength and moments of calm. BODYBALANCE will change the way you feel forever. You will stand straighter and feel stronger. Body Balance includes elements of Yoga and other disciplines.

Orbit (Fit Ball)
A high intensity strength and stability class which aims to develop balance while also firming the tummy, thighs and buttocks. It is the next generation in abdominal and trunk stability.

Pilates
Is an exercise regime that specifically strengthens the trunk stabilising muscles or postural muscles and these include the Transverses (the deep abdominal muscle), the Multifidous (spinal muscles) and the upper body postural muscles.

Cardio Sculpt
A class incorporating a low impact aerobic conditioning component for fat burning and a combination of balls, bands and light weights to tone and sculpt the body. (60 minutes) 
   
Strength for Life
Strength For Life is a program designed by (COTA National Seniors) which aims to increase the range and quality of strength training opportunities for older people.

Aims to still the mind and abide in the inner self through to traditional postures. breathing concentration and meditation practices. Includes a focus on positive attitude and living. Learn more
   

Classes for intermediate to advanced exercisers
   
Bosu Circuit
A circuit style class aimed at improving mobility, strength and stamina.  The class rotates between cardiovascular and toning exercises to work the whole body using bosu's and other equipment. Lots of variety and a great challenge for all fitness levels.
   
Freespin
A challenging indoor freestyle cycling class which allows participants to improve their endurance riding with short recovery breaks and a different ride every time
   
Step Athletic
An athletic class that uses simple, effective moves without tricky or extended combination. Use repetition to get a great conditioning workout. Also includes abdominal conditioning. (60 minutes).
   
Step Moves
A choreographed step class with challenging combination and direction. A basic knowledge of step terminology is required. (45 minutes)
   
Kickbox
The ultimate non-contact workout that tone the body, increase stamina, speed and strength. An aerobic workout that works virtually all the muscles of the body giving you a sleek, lean body, plus its great fun.

Advanced Kickbox
A intense martial arts based workout, using focus mitts, speedballs and bags, designed to challenge your speed, strength and fitness. Basic knowledge of technique for punches and kicks is required. (45 minutes)

X/Trainer
This circuit format of simple athletic aerobic moves and use of various sculpting equipment. This class is conducted in the fitness room.
