Les Mills Classes

Bodypump  
Resistance to Rhythm. BODYPUMP is a weights class to music that combines the muscle toning benefits of resistance training with the cardiovascular stamina and fat burning of an aerobic class. Simple to follow yet highly motivational.
   
 
 
In less than 60 minutes you will experience flexibility, balance, core strength and moments of calm. BODYBALANCE will change the way you feel forever. You will stand straighter and feel stronger. Body Balance includes elements of Yoga and other disciplines.
   
 
 
BODYSTEP is a pre-choreographed step workout using simple routines and athletic moves. Also includes 3 conditioning tracks.
 
   
 
Bodyattack  
BODYATTACK is the most athletic class you will ever do - an intense calorie-consuming workout that pushes you to the limit.
   
 
 
RPM is fantastic for shaping and toning your lower body and will dramatically increase your fitness levels. RPM is very focused on safety and creating intensity through simulating varying terrains throughout the class. Powerful music provides a stimulating and motivating atmosphere that will empower you to test your limits!
   
 
Sh'bam  
SH'BAM Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star – even if you’re dance challenged.Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed and modernized Latin beats, SH’BAM™ is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute SH’BAM™ class is vibrant, unique and varied – and like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new SH’BAM™ release is produced every three months with new music and choreography

We have designed a range of classes to suit your individual needs.


Orbit (Fit Ball)
A high intensity strength and stability class which aims to develop balance while also firming the tummy, thighs and buttocks. It is the next generation in abdominal and trunk stability.
Length: 45 minutes

Pilate's
Is an exercise regime that specifically strengthens the trunk stabilizing muscles or postural muscles and these include the Transverses (the deep abdominal muscle), the Multifidous (spinal muscles) and the upper body postural muscles.

Cardio Sculpt
A class incorporating a low impact aerobic conditioning component for fat burning and a combination of balls, bands and light weights to tone and sculpt the body.
Length: 60 minutes

Yoga
  Yoga practice includes a series of Yoga Poses combined without stopping and accompanied by Vinyasa or riding the breath in order to flow from one pose to another.
It is primarily a shortened and modified version of the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, but also adapted certain practices of Bikram and Iyengar Yoga.

Lift for Life
Give your diabetes a workout Lift for Life is a strength training program designed specifically for people with type 2 diabetes or those at risk of developing it. Strange as it may sound, Lift for Life is also designed to make exercise easy. You can work at your own pace, with plenty of help and encouragement along the way to achieve your goals.

Intermediate to Advanced exercisers

Abs Express

A class designed to strengthen and tone the mid section. Members will become aware of how the core functions and is integrated with all movement assisting in day to day activities.

Length: 30 minutes

Bosu Circuit
A circuit style class aimed at improving mobility, strength and stamina. The class rotates between cardiovascular and toning exercises to work the whole body using Bosu's and other equipment. Lots of variety and a great challenge for all fitness levels.



Kickboxing
The ultimate non-contact workout that tones the body, increases stamina, speed and strength. An aerobic workout that works virtually all the muscles of the body giving you a sleek, lean body, plus its great fun.

Step Athletic
An athletic class that uses simple, effective moves without tricky or extended combination. Use repetition to get a great conditioning workout. Also includes abdominal conditioning.
