We have designed a range of classes to suit your individual needs.
LIFB
A class consisting of low impact aerobics and a conditioning section using light hand weights.
Length: 60 minutes
Orbit (Fit Ball)
A high intensity strength and stability class which aims to develop balance while also firming the tummy, thighs and buttocks. It is the next generation in abdominal and trunk stability.

Is an exercise regime that specifically strengthens the trunk stabilizing muscles or postural muscles and these include the Transverses (the deep abdominal muscle), the Multifidous (spinal muscles) and the upper body postural muscles.

A class incorporating a low impact aerobic conditioning component for fat burning and a combination of balls, bands and light weights to tone and sculpt the body.

Strength For Life is a program designed by (COTA National Seniors) which aims to increase the range and quality of strength training opportunities for older people.

Intermediate to Advanced exercisers
Bosu Circuit
A circuit style class aimed at improving mobility, strength and stamina. The class rotates between cardiovascular and toning exercises to work the whole body using Bosu's and other equipment. Lots of variety and a great challenge for all fitness levels.

Kickboxing
The ultimate non-contact workout that tones the body, increases stamina, speed and strength. An aerobic workout that works virtually all the muscles of the body giving you a sleek, lean body, plus its great fun.

Step Athletic
An athletic class that uses simple, effective moves without tricky or extended combination. Use repetition to get a great conditioning workout. Also includes abdominal conditioning.
