Our Lifestyle option includes unlimited access to our cardio room, toning gym, weights gym, and all classes.
Our exclusive Wellness Program offers a greater level of ongoing support with personalised training in a supervised area and access to all other areas and classes.
The Wellness Premier option includes the support of the Wellness Program plus a weekly one on one session with a personal Trainer to help you stay motivated and on track to achieving your goals.
Memberships are available in a variety of terms including 12 month, Family, No Lock-In Contracts, Casual passes plus many more.
