The ultimate non-contact workout that tone the body, increase stamina, speed and strength. An aerobic workout that works virtually all the muscles of the body giving you a sleek, lean body, plus its great fun.

Advanced Kickbox
A intense martial arts based workout, using focus mitts, speedballs and bags, designed to challenge your speed, strength and fitness. Basic knowledge of technique for punches and kicks is required.
